Nitto Tires and 98 SL Chrome Wheels

Through some of the Garbage on the list at times there comes good things. Due to the list alone and
some pretty great guys I was able to get in touch with a guy in Texas who was selling a set of Chrome
Aluminum Wheels from a 1998 3000GT. Now to elaborate on this further, this guy doesn't even belong
to the Dragnet or Starnet List. He had advertised in a local paper and one of our guys saw the ad and
posted it in our list making it available to all of us. I happened to be there at the right time and
grabbed the posted number and four days later the guy from Texas had sent them to me COD and
he was in bewilderment as to how advertising in a local paper sold his wheels to a guy in Knoxville,
Tennessee who didn't even get that paper Then because I belong to the list and our group of guys, I met
good old Frank Meyers from Accelerated Accessories who is one of us guys. He hooked me up with a
set of NITTO ZR555 245/45/17 tires. I can't divulge the cost because Frank really likes
me and he made me promise not to tell,, hehe Anyway, here is the result and the merging of Texas
and Maryland all coming together from my recreation room near Knoxville because of the list, some
really great guys and my trusty old Dell Pro200n along with the internet. Ain't it great??

Here is a close-up of the Nitto Tire. It has a tread wear rating of 300 so it should outwear my old
Michelin XGT's and the guys have said they like it's overall performance
